My dad was a former pro basketball player in Yugoslavia and by age 8(when he was already retired} or so he'd bring me with him to the gym and track and I loved doing what he did. It was the most fun I ever had in my life.
I did gymnastics from age 5 to 12. It was awesome. Tumbling is fun and training was 2 and a half hours long 3 days a week. I looked like this kid but you know white. I was ripped and obsessive parenting is not needed
