How healthy are these shits?
9g of fat
I personally think they taste like straight up protein powder in a bar. Chunky as fuck and expensive. like 3$ for the same protein as 1 scoop of a tub. Most tubs are like 1.5$ avg per scoop.
Would it make sense to divide my routines into one exercise everyday? So for example, instead of having something like 3 days split, I exercise every single day, targeting different muscle groups but doing only one kind of exercise everyday.
I'm looking for a way to waste the least amount of time possible. I really don't enjoy lifting at all.
Day 1: Squats
Day 2: Bench press
Day 3: OHP
Day 4: Barbell Curl
Day 5: Barbell Row
Day 6: Chin up
Day 7: Rest
Every day I also do abs and 15 minutes of stationary bike. I have a home gym...

>I really don't enjoy lifting at all.
Then don't fucking lift, pick an exercise you like to do
>Every day I also do abs and 15 minutes of stationary bike.
That means youre spending a disproportionate amount of time on "abs" compared to the rest of your body. Yes, this is a stupid idea.
>tfw overheard some girls in the gym say I have too much muscles or that my muscles were too much
>tfw not even roiding
I don't know about these feels.
Is 23 too late to start lifting?
>binge drank throughout college
>coming off of excess alcohol use
>smoked on and off
>feel like a tired old fuck
Is it too late for me to want to suddenly turn things around and become /fit/?
>hur dur dur dur im 2 old to start lifting
Go to the gym faggot. If my 53 year old dad can get back into lifting after almost dying due to a seizure caused by medication and the ensuing pancreatitis you can get your self loathing ass out of your house and away from your computer screen to go to the gym.
Fuck you dude you just made me fucking pissed.
I was about to go to the bar with my lads, BUT NO. NOW I HAVE TO GO FOR A JOG SINCE ALL THE GYMS ARE CLOSED ON BASE....

Hey /fit/bros. I just started a keto diet today trying to lean out. I'm working out on the Project Mass program with some personal tweaks from bb.com keep in mind. My macros look like 2410 calories, 208 Protein, 146 fats, and 69 carbs. I am 5'8 175lbs 18yrs old and have roguhly 15%bf. Does this sound like a good way to approach fat loss/muscle maintenance or even growth? If not what should i change?
What are some /fit/ approved sauces besides pic related?
>plz no 'LEARN TO COOK AND YOU WON'T NEED TO DROWN YOUR FOOD IN SAUCES' posts plz
That stuff is no good.
Tabasco is the best vinegar based one, try Tappatio and Valentina for cheap Mexican flavor
I know you said "plz no LEARN TO COOK", but it's really too relevant.
If you like the taste of certain sauces, make them yourself.
Even putting a single tablespoon of storebought sauce on any meat means that the caloric intake of the sauce ALONE will be more than the meat itself. And let's be honest, you won't use only a tablespoon of it. Not even close.
No sauce is really 'fit approved', because there is no sauce under the sun that's under like 200-300 calories per 100g.
If their TDEE and activity level is the same they will weigh the same and have the same muscle/fat levels, the bit about blood sugar levels and cravings may be true based on carb sources though
How do I lose weight? I'm obese and I'm trying to lose all this fat. I've tried running but my calves and feet hurt after literally 1 minute and I can't go on. What the fuck do I do?
Whats with this board and obsession of 'being big'? I don't see any advantages of having xbox hueg muscles at all. It looks awkward, it inhibits your flexibility and speed, its hard on your spine and heart, it requires you to eat whole cow every day just to stay alive, females see it as retarded looking, society sees it as a sign of dumb meathead. And yet 'ottermode' is used like a derogatory term. Does it have anything to do with rampant manlet insecurity?
For me, its simply the challenge of radically altering my bodys appearance and shape through hard work and determination. Otter mode was very, very easy for me to achieve, so I'm movibg on to something more challenging
>On dad's computer
>Looking for a pic of me when I was younger.
>Mfw discover this
You mirin? He's 59.
psst, hey you
At what age did you start lifting and what is your height right now?
Mfw I am totally happy
Hey fat fits it's trolly fat anon from earlier who was asking for advice on strength programs.
I started SS today, completing the following:
3x5 back squat @ 135lb, thighs parallel to ground
1x5, 2x4 overhead press @ 60lb
3x5 deadlift at 95lb
how did I do? I honestly felt like I was going to fucking faint at the end. I think the weights I selected were correct for my current level, except possibly the OHP which I'll just do again with the same weight in 2 days.
Wrist strap quickly proved itself invaluable, deadlifting much less painful than before.
hey /fit/ any of you cut your own hair?
i want to learn how to do a sign fade on my self but im kinda confused about the open and closed mode on the clips. if you close the clipper, does it cut shorter than when you have it open.
so if want a fade between 1 and 2 guard i have to cut my hair with the guard #2 with clipper closed. than create a line with clipper 1 closed. than open it and go over it for a fade?
im watching youtube vids and im getting kinda confused with all this open closed shit
>tfw I can Deadlift 201 lbs now
