If you like the taste of certain sauces, make them yourself.
Even putting a single tablespoon of storebought sauce on any meat means that the caloric intake of the sauce ALONE will be more than the meat itself. And let's be honest, you won't use only a tablespoon of it. Not even close.
No sauce is really 'fit approved', because there is no sauce under the sun that's under like 200-300 calories per 100g.
Not everyone's body responds the same way to different approaches to losing weight. The key is to find a match for your body and metabolism.
If their TDEE and activity level is the same they will weigh the same and have the same muscle/fat levels, the bit about blood sugar levels and cravings may be true based on carb sources though
?? doesn't the body have to be in ketosis before it burns fat as its primary fuel source? otherwise, a caloric deficit will result in burning bodyfat, right?

Hey fat fits it's trolly fat anon from earlier who was asking for advice on strength programs.
I started SS today, completing the following:
3x5 back squat @ 135lb, thighs parallel to ground
1x5, 2x4 overhead press @ 60lb
3x5 deadlift at 95lb
how did I do? I honestly felt like I was going to fucking faint at the end. I think the weights I selected were correct for my current level, except possibly the OHP which I'll just do again with the same weight in 2 days.
Wrist strap quickly proved itself invaluable, deadlifting much less painful than before.

i want to learn how to do a sign fade on my self but im kinda confused about the open and closed mode on the clips. if you close the clipper, does it cut shorter than when you have it open.
so if want a fade between 1 and 2 guard i have to cut my hair with the guard #2 with clipper closed. than create a line with clipper 1 closed. than open it and go over it for a fade?
