I just don't get why you know to be at a surplus of 400 cals to have more gains. It seems that even "lean bulk" will increase your bf%. Isn't it possible to get gains and not increase your bf% ? why does no one does it?

Gonna be a physiotherapist with a home gym and I'll have a qt gf and I'll look up to the sky and I'll see zyzz and he'll say "I told you we were all gonna make it brah" then a single tear will come to my eye. My son will come to me and say, why are you crying daddy? The I'll say 'son, it's time for you to lift some weights'.

is working out 3 times a week really enough?

Say I need to eat 2500 calories a day to build muscle, but I burn 500 by running that day - do i stick to the 2500, thereby effectively only having 2000 that day, or do I eat 3000 so I end up with a 2500kcal surplus at the end of the day?

Tell me your favourite pre-workout, cuz I'm almost out of my batch and I wanna try something new.
So far C4 has worked the best for me and I've used it a lot. I've started experimenting out of boredom and found that The Curse is another motherfucker I enjoy its effects from.
