As an ectomorph taking forever to putting even 100g weight more on, how does one avoid putting that hard-gained weight on the belly and 'direct' it to the rest of the body instead?

Stop this meme. You don't struggle to put weight on, you just don't eat enough. If you're gaining too much fat then don't eat as much. Also, you can't 'direct' weight anywhere. Do you know nothing about the human body?

how do I fix my lower back pain? physio says it's neither pelvic tilt or hernia. but they don't know what it is, and they gave me some exercises that don't do shit. I get a mild pain every day, mostly in the morning. it doesn't matter if I work out or not, it doesn't matter if I stretch or not. it happens at random, lasts an hour, an entire day. some days I don't get anything. it doesn't hurt when I lift.
I've got something pretty similar. It's when I torque my pelvis up to the side and back, I get pain in my lower back. I have like constant muscle knots there so I'm not sure if that's the cause or a symptom of the actual problem.

I need to lay down on my back 2-3x before noon and cram my fist under my back to use a knuckle to massage out the pain

Stop washing your face so damn much. Skin needs natural oils but you're pulling them all out, so your skin overcompensates which gives a great breeding ground for bacteria. I wash my face twice a week. In the shower I get it very wet and lightly scrub with wet fingers, but none of that chemical shit.

I consume an average of less than 1000 calories daily. 5'10" 180lbs. Haven't lost any weight in over a year. Also walk a few miles a day at least. I should be naturally burning at least 1600 a day. Don't fall for the calorie meme.All it has done for me is make me feel tired and shitty all day, every day.

Is there any truth to this retardation? I'm not saying neglect squats, I'm just questioning whether squats are useful for upper body development and programs that have you squat three times as often as you bench, which people later justify with the above.
I know there's that thing about "increased testosterone after heavy squats" but apparently it's just for a few minutes after you did them. I don't see how squats can get your chest or arms bigger.
