Probably spotting a guy squatting. He was doing weight way more than he could handle so I really had to dig in and lift him up. Then he decided to go for an another rep, at least I got my weighted meat grinds in that day.

How the hell do I get abs if I'm already skinny. I can't just lose more weight.
You prbably should work on core. if you're skinny, you should work on everything

Feet away from body to target quads.
Feet towards body to target hamstrings
Shin perpindicular to ground pushing through the heel (you can even pick your foot up and leave your heel on the ground) to target glutes.
If you can still do bodyweight plyometrics like atg squat jumps and box jumps and shit, that would be great for developing explosivity/power.
Also if you train calves, don't make the mistake of hitting calves before you hip thrust, or your lift will seriously suffer
What's your continuing motivation? Live long? More sex? I see sex is a big one, but I'm married so more bitches is kind of off the table. Looking for different reasons now.

I want to look good for my husband and also myself. I am the type of girl that is embarrassed if I am out of shape when I meet my husband's friends. I don't want that to reflect poorly on him.
/fit/ what are your example of athletes who had an immense innate talent for their sport. Almost made for the sport they were practicing.
They might not be the guys with the most medals. They might still have worked hard.
First I can think of is Mike Tyson
Tyson's only god given talent was a hard punch. A better example of a great boxing talent would be Mayweather. The guy was fucking born to be a boxing champion. Both his father and uncle were good boxers, he has ridiculous mental sharpness and quick twitch muscles, plus stupidly long arms for his size.

Wearing glasses in the gym.
Honest question(s) as stupid and newb as it might sound
Any of you guys work out wearing glasses?
Do you find it awkward?
And if you don't, do you think its a complete newb thing to do?
I have pretty week eyesight, ca't get laser for about a year because of a torn retina, wear contact when going out or doing something physical like sparring or climbing but a bit too expensive and wasteful (they annoy me so i only really wear them for a few hour) to wear the 3-4 times a week id be in the gym.
Who do you lift for /fit/?
