Do you do warmup set(s) and then go straight to the weight you are using for sets
Do you work your way up to your regular squat lifts
>pic not related
this some bullshit
hitting cervix is not a good feel for the woman
shame on OP (faggot) for spreading misinformation
Who else has a big ass gap between your pecs? It's much worse for me than pic related. Looks fucking awful and I can't go bare breasted without people asking wtf is wrong with my pecs.
OLY LIFTU LIFTU LIFTU
Asked this last thread but:
So guys, I'm thinking of doing TM.
(5x3 Monday, 3x2 Friday)
I am still learning lifts so I don't think it's worth starting a real program for them yet? Or is it? (My coach just makes me work up in 3s until form breakdown).
I can do them but my form is far from perfect or good.
> If I squat TM and practice classics 3x/week, is there anything else I should be doing or that can be helpful either on these days or on an extra day, such as rows or a lot of OHS?
I really don't...

What's for dinner /fit/?
Looks like shit, but tastes good.
It's not dinner time yet so I just don't fucking know, ok?
>thought it was rice
>realized it was ramen
Older /fitizens (age 28+): do you think it's okay to have a lower standard of fitness once you're out of college?
I see a lot of men my age slowly getting this body, and I know that 4 years ago, they were really passionate about lifting and making gains, protein powder and working out. I think it's the norm now to have this type of body, and women seem to be okay with it as well.
I think this body can be maintained with a jog 2x a week, which is a lot easier.
why don't you worry abt making pic related instead
100% guaranteed to be okay with women
Are you 28+?
Of course, I know teens and early twenties guys are going to say no. But when you're older, things are different.
If you're married, you have a wife and kids who love you whether you deadlift 1 plate or 5, and if you're single, you'll find that women don't care about 6 packs as much anymore
People start to care more about cardio. Running becomes a very popular hobby
How have you been making your brain gains this week /fit/?
Post your back and how many chinups you can do.

What's with Indians and wearing polos in the gym?
>sooooo uhm anon what else are you doing besides this whole dull "fitness thing"?
Brahs... do any of you have no friends?
I literally only have ONE friend and he since he got a fat girlfriend he pretends like I don't exist.
Pretty piece of shit friend so I'm considering not talking to him anymore.
Problem is if I'll be down to 0 friends. wat do? :(
Are you in high school? College? Working?
I think you should try to open up to people. Just casually comment something with them, try to use group stuff as means to talk to them
Not eveyone is terrible people in this world. Just
be yourself
your best self that's it

I've been working out every day for almost 8 months now and I haven't seen any change in my butt.
I do a lot of cardio, running 40kms+ a week and do hill sprints monday/thursday as well as donkey kicks, normal squats, squat kicks, jump squats and fire hydrants. I've become much stronger and toned but I still have no ass whatsoever :/.
I'm mtf so I spoke to my doctor about this because I was concerned my hormones could be causing it but was told that wouldn't be the problem.
What am I doing wrong?
What is worse
the other already killed my social life.
>i'm 23 and people think I'm 28.
>can't get girls anymore cus I don't have the looks of a young guy or the money of a old guy
>I'll be 30 until I will see a pussy again
New thread. Last one 300+.
I haven't been losing weight because when I get hungry, I fear losing muscle. Should I just embrace the hunger? Is the -500 calories the most I can go below maintenance before I lose muscle?
You can have a deficit of 31.5 calories for each pound of body fat without losing fat free mass.
