Normal Bench: 4x8
Incline Bench 4x8
Decline Bench 4x8
DB normal Bench 4x8 and same with decline and incline.
I do between 5-7 excercises + triceps(3 more exercises).
What do you guys think? I usually do ABCxABx

I feel like I make the most progress when I hit the same muscle groups every other day/every 3 days at most. I can't imagine hitting a muscle group once a week.

I've always heard that testosterone levels peak after doing nofap for 7 days, and then begins to decline again. I'm on my 7th day now and wondering when the diminishing returns get to the point where I should start a new cycle?
