Nah man not bait at all. So I started lifting 4 months ago like I said at 6'4" 245 lbs or so. Overhead press quickly became my favorite lift so I end up doing it twice a week, usually MF on a MWF lifting schedule
I started OHP around 60 lbs the first time i went to the gym, and it took about a month and a half to get up to 80-85 or so, adding 5 lbs each time

I got a Polar m400 a few months ago, I don't use it that much for regular runs because I found I was getting pretty much the same time on the same route but when I am training for a marathon it is useful. You can get more expensive watches that keep track of your blood pressure and heart rate but it's not something I need.

I have been training for almost a year and all my lifts are shit.
Here they are:
B: 145lbs
S:155lbs
OHP:105lbs
My routine is sth like:
Normal Bench: 4x8
Incline Bench 4x8
Decline Bench 4x8
DB normal Bench 4x8 and same with decline and incline.
I do between 5-7 excercises + triceps(3 more exercises).
What do you guys think? I usually do ABCxABx
