On the other hand, mine is going to shit cos got a gf, one year into relationship and living with her and recently is just her going to work (helluva nurse doing more hours that one can fit in a day) and me staying in home being a piece of shit and not doing my so even called passion because I feel that I no longer matter. Im just here trying to do my project for my last year of uni as she reads in the other room and am feeling like shit. Im into white problems and bitch atittude real deep and just want to smoke all day get drunk and play vidya.

Fit I have pain and numbness in my forearms
I went to the doctor and they want to do tests to see if its an elbow problem of a shoulder problem.
The blue circle twitches sometimes when I told my arm too long in certain positions the other circle is a dull pain that shoots into my pinky and ring finger. Those fingers are also numb sometimes. I have little or no weakness of them though.
How to I get myself looking like this?

I eat pic related, but today i realized it has 20g of sugars every 100g. How bad is it? How much sugar can i eat every day? Myfitnesspal says i ate about 30-40g a day
