>post your home gyms and we r8 them
Hey /fit/ i want to know if you can still make gains on a lowcarb diet. Im going to start off by only eating 15 carbs a day for the first 3 weeks then bump it up to 25-30 depending on how i feel. Stay there for a few months and see what happens. My biggest concern is lossing strenght and not being able to make gainz. Im a noob to low carb diets so enlighten me. I have only been lifting for a few months so got them noob gainz also recovering fatty
how true is this?
Why haven't you fags realized how great smoking lout is for bulking?
Do squats make you shorter? I'm not exactly tall and don't have any inches to spare.
What other exercises besides bench press are that don't compress your spine?

>tfw trying to gain weight on 60$ food budget a month
what are some cheap foods that have alot of calories? I also live in Canada so everything is expensive as fuck
What supplements are absolutely neccessary?
Why the fuck does everyone recommend fish oil?
I don't take fish oil. I've heard some things about it going bad on store shelves. I figure I'm probably not losing anything essential if I don't take that one supplement.
My daily regiment always has a multivitamin, 3000 IU of vitamin D, and creatine.
>What supplements are absolutely neccessary?
But when you don't want to eat too much, you can have a protein shake.
There's nothing wrong with creatine too, but it's not a neccessity.

What's the best and cheapest option for a 7' 45lbs olympic barbell for homegym usage. Poorfag here so basically want the cheapest shit that won't snap or fuck my shit up and will last a long time. Bonus if i can order it via amazon. I just have no idea which brand/model to buy. Thnx bros we're all gonna make it!
I'm looking for a barbell recommendation not a belt. Idk what you mean by that. I don't use a belt or gloves when I lift because I was raised as a heterosexual.
scooby just did a blog post where he claims that you dont need to do full range of motion to get big or strong. what a crock of shit. maybe when you are roiding out the gills you can do his micro-reps and still gain muscle but the rest of us need full ROM
I agree that full rom is the only way to go.
That being said, I see a lot of half benchers that are pretty big. It's a shameful display when somebody loads up 275 and hardly moves it, but I guess they think it's working. I'm sure they also claim to "rep 275"
HOWEVER you have to go pretty fucking heavy and do a lot more reps to get the same amount of work done.
That it can allow you to lift heavier is good, but the potential for injury and loss of strength across the full range of motion is not worth it.
A full range of motion THEN "micro reps" is the way to go, IMHO.
Let's be 100% straight up honest for a moment here.
IF you can't bench 225 at least once, you're not gonna make it. I'm sorry, but it's true.
Protip: Your low bar fatsits don't count as lifting weight.
ITT: only real lifters allowed to post. What's up brahs

This cut for the summer is gon' b good brahs.
