Depends on the situation. I have contacts as an alternative, but if you get the right glasses they can make you look refined.
Looking fit and refined at the same time can really help on like a dinner date or something.

I get that guilty feeling when I'm lifting and need to do other important things.

I've been gaining strength on my cut man i dunno what you're doing...
I eat about 1.2g prots per lb of bw (might not be necessary, but kinda scared to knock it down and stop seeing improvement), supp with creatine and beta alanine (both essential on a cut to keep yourself up there, especially the former), don't eat too low carb...
Take it from someone who went from a fatty lard disgusting piece of shit to a lean and muscular sexually attractive physique...the 5-10% strength loss is worth the 500-1000% gain in aesthetics/attractiveness. Eventually your body gets use to being in a deficit and you'll end up maintaining your strength very easily.

I usually drink tea 1-2 times a day with no sugar and a bit of milk. I know it's a good alternative for common sugary drinks, but does it provide any alternate health benefits? The only articles/research I've come across are normie-based "Drink this everyday and lose 8 pounds a week!" type stuff.
