I'm a fuckin retarded NEET and can't believe I'm posting this. I haven't cut my hair in over a year. Sometimes I don't shower for days and then I'll notice my hair gets all knotted up. I have to rip it apart in the shower and these past couple of weeks I've lost a lot of hair. I'm just now starting to notice it's getting thin. Will it grow back with a thickness or did I fuck myself? I think I just hit rock bottom.
I'm a runner, and was curious, if any of you had any experience, or advice, on how to meditate, and make progress spiritually and/or mentally, while running?
A friend I knew said he used a form of Son meditation, and could run at a 8:00 mile pace for an hour, and he would barely be breathing hard. Is there something to be said for that?
Are you referring to like "runner's high"? I mean when I run I try to amp myself up usually. Sometimes for long distance days I'll try not to think so much, if outdoors enjoy the scenery, if indoors I'll just focus on breathing.
WHat I'm really curious about, is if it's possible to so distract yourself from the physical, like through meditation, that you can completely overlook pain, and just keep going, beyond what your mind will let you.
Like distracting yourself when you get cut or burnt.

Clean bulk. Is there such a thing? U am having trouble eating 3000 calories. I get full at 2200 calories. Eating mostly green vegetables like kale, lettuce, broccoli lean meats like turkey breast, sardines, chicken breast, Olive oil and so on. What are some healthy foods that I can consume to increase my calorie intake? Won't eat dairy, gluten, processed foods, oats.
Milk, Oats, Yogurt, Nuts, and more milk.
