If you want to put down a snack, I'd say root vegetable chips. At least you're getting a lot of vitamin A and some C as well. I don't know about all brands, but the one I get from Aldi has something like 60% vitamin A per serving and it's twice as crunchy as a regular potato chip.

Was running a Test E and Dbol cycle over the winter. Took 3 months off lost about 10 pounds and got a nasty stretch mark just like pic related. Also have stretch marks near my love handles from being overweight in the past but they are mostly faded. Is there any sure fired way to get rid of them? or at least prevent more from forming? I just started a new cycle of Test E and HGH a week ago so I'm expecting some more gains. Not trying to be a little bitch about it just would like to hear what /fit/ thinks. Any suggestions?

I have tiny arms.
I don't really care about the rest of the body, i just want bigger arms.
Now some say body grows proportionally and squats will help my arms grow as well, others have debunked this - i don't know what to believe anymore.

How many guys have you seen bench 150kg or dl 200kg and have tiny arms? But you don't NEED compound, you can only isolate if you want
You can train your arms twice a week and get them pretty big for summer. Keep in mind triceps are 66% of your arm and the muscle group that actually makes them seem thick, so don't just bicep it up

If you don't care enough to do compound lifts you'll never have nice arms.
If you absolutely must ignore your legs, do isolated bicep curls, weighted dips, overhead lat pulls and weighted rollups for your forearms.
