Give me one reason why i should turn my life around
the closer i got to 200 on my squat the more my back hurt, eventually i hit 195 and my back would be shattered when i got home. Obviously i'm doing this extremely wrong and need to check my form.
I've looked at youtube videos, SS book, and more and still i get backpain when i fucking do it. I've switched to legpress for the time being, but it's just not the same
Can anyone share what they used to learn squat form? I'd like to continue past 200 already

you need to put yourself in a situation where your lungs and heart will be pushed to your limits. For me, it was jiu-jitsu. For the first few weeks of training, I felt like I was going to throw up (or did throw up) constantly when we would grapple.
Eventually I started going for long runs 2-3 times a week with a tiny bit of HIIT involved and immediately saw an immense improvement in my stamina while grappling, and the nausea completely vanished.
