it took me less than 3 months on SS. maybe less than 2 months. a 2 pl8 squat seems heavy when you just set foot in the gym, but it's incredibly easy to reach. 3pl8 is the first real milestone, but even that is relatively easy to reach. or if not easy, at least uncomplicated.

I tried to combine a "squat challenge" with a "pushup challenge" and a "abs challenge' recently.
I got to 140 squats and my legs ahve been dead ever since.
pushup challenge is weak as fuck tho.
abs are kinda ok.
I guess my thighs and buns are just really underused. Whcih is a shame because I have calves, naturally, that most lifters would fucking die for.
Today I saw the hottest girl I've ever seen in the gym. I worked in with her with squats but didn't talk to her outside of "Put on X" or "What weight?"
I can talk to girls alright in normal social situations but I just feel incredibly awkward about hitting on a girl at the gym. I don't want to ruin her workouts, and hate it when people talk to me there.

Also, my acne cleared up, my energy levels increased, my mass increased, and my lifts went up in the gym. Been on it for 4 months now. I still have cheat meals once a week - once every two weeks that include meat products. But generally, it's all Vegan. You jelly meat eaters?
