I would if I had the money and could find a doctor willing to do the procedure. As far as I know your high needs to deviate a certain amount from the average in order for you to be eligible for the procedure. I'm 5'9"-5'10".

I've spent so much money on whey protein and boner pills at Vitamin Shoppe that they offered me a free magazine the last time I was there. What supplement should I invest in in order to maximize my gainz to free magazine ratio?
Multi vitamin and proton powder is all you really need from there anon. You can get zinc and mg pills at retail stores for much cheaper. The supp store multis are nice cause they have tons of stuff but strangely almost no zinc or mg in comparison to >1000% of everything else. Also, please just take one of the pills. You don't need 8333% of b12 everyday, 2777% is plenty.
I've been stacking and cycling protons for the longest time already. The only difference I notice is in the tightness of my ballsack. That's neither here nor there, tho. I've got a killer fish oil D3 stack I could recommend!

Just focus on your lifts and not what others are doing. The first day in the gym is always awkward. You will see dudes and even some women lifting heavier weight than you. It can be disheartening just don't let it discourage you from persevering and meeting your fitness goals!
never rest too little or too long. gymgoers are very specific about this, and each gym has it's own acceptable rest times. they'll get angry if you take too long, or will try to hold you back when you rest too little. I suggest you go there and observe the first couple of days, don't actually train yourself. just watch how long other people rest, maybe write it down in a little notebook. once you think you know exactly how long to rest you're good to go. good luck.

Im no expert but im pretty sure people always did some kind of exercise in the past. It probably wasnt dull running up the streets or though forests.
But think about the shaolin guys in china or something, climbing up these huge stairs or constantly do jumping kicks or whatever, its just as much cardio as running is.
Running in itself was probably to dull and pointless in the past. But nowdays it is seen as "fit" because 80% of people spend their time with working, watching tv and going on vacation.

I think we can all agree that fried french fries are pretty shit for a diet. But what about baked fries? Our local store has fries w/ 2% fat, the rest seems to be just carbs. How are they any different from just potatoes?

Hi guys, first time posting here.
Last year, in april, I got my shoulder nerves injured. My doctor said I couldn't do shit, not even running. I kinda lost it and started eating bad again. Since last month doctor gave me the ok to do some swimming and bodyweight exercise that don't involve the trapezius muscle ( I mostly exercise legs, abs and do pushups right now). So right now I am starting to feel a bit motivated since it won't be much time (maybe 1-2 months I think) since i can hit the gym again. The problem is that my body became shit.
