But either pair it with some amino acids or any legumes like peanut butter in a shake and you've got complete protein.

Hey /fit ive been lifting for a 1.5 years and been making decent gains , ive went from 143lbs to 185lbs at 5'7 height . Im planning to do a 10-12lbs cut to loose a bit of my chest fat and have better abs for this summer , but the thing is im affraid that i may not have enough muscle mass to cut .
