Gym after work, senpai. I worked a night delivery job that I hated, and the rage from it made me want to lift. So I would always keep my gym gear with me in my car so that as soon as I clocked out, I could go lift for an hour or so, go grab some food from an open late Chinese place and a shake, then browse /fit/ until I got tired. Usually be asleep by 5 or 6AM.
Do all girls reject short guys like me? Should I end it all? How should I do it?

I have this ulcer-like, swelling in the back of my throat, its extremely painful to eat food as of right now and it's been there for like 3 days, I don't want to go to the doctor though.

I've had an ulcer on my throat. I've had my entire throat covered in ulcers one time when ill.

Points and criticisms please. First routine I've tried to make myself, strength training based off of SS.
