What's /fit/'s opinion on Intermittent fasting?
I'm doing it instead of cutting carbs or doing keto. I'm seeing results granted I've only been on it for 20 days I found something that works and is relatively easy.
The first week is hell. But after that it's fucking cake. Imagine pairing HIIT + IF + Keto. Who would even need DNP?
I see lots of threads about your bodies, but what do your GF's look like?
Does she lift? Do you prefer her to gym or no?

I don't dick around. I don't pretend people have a moral obligation to lose weight, so if food is literally your only joy, then maybe it's time you checked into therapy and focused on fixing your life
I'm cutting, problem is I've been stuck at like 20% because i always get bored of cutting after 2 or 3 days.
Pretty pathetic considering I've been lifting for nearly 4 years now. I have a lot of muscle gains, it's obvious even with fat layer on it. It's just sticking to a cut seems so much more effort than I feel like it should be, I think I need TRT or something.

It's okay. Lost about 8 lbs in the last 50 days, although I aimed at more. Had a few shitty days, but I'm back on track. There's not much further to go though, I guess I lose another two lbs and then I'm done. No idea whether I can maintain though.
