Hey fit , I've been using 35 lb dumbbells for a while now and I've wondering if there's a way to intensify each work out.
Like should i just move to bigger weights or do more reps?

Why does Stronglifts 5×5 make you increase your deadlift by 5 kg each workout, instead of 2.5 kg?
I started at 100 kg, and can only make 3 reps when increasing by 5 kg.

Wrestling exercises all your muscles, and you're basically flexing for a full five minutes. It's exhausting; I'd recommend it if you really have gains that are of some substance.

Which sport will make me the most /fit/?
Rugby. Football itself won't make you fit so much as training for it, even then it's mostly just about being naturally fast and strong and then honing those abilities. Actually playing rugby will improve your cardio immensely and if you lift you'll be able to make use of your strength too.

Well, 3x8 on the main lifts doesn't sound so good, but the rest is just a normal 3 day split, in the long run consistency and progressive overload is better than what kind of split you are doing.

Why are downies so fucking strong? Was at the gym today and I met this guy... with some obvious mental issues and skinny like a twig (he had 8' arms at best).
He then proceeded to sit on the lat pull machines and put the pin to 200 (again, this guy was about 5'9 and weighed 110 at best). I thought he was new to the gym, yknow, testing the waters and all that until he started cranking reps out effortlessly. Wtf /fit/?
