Which sport will make me the most /fit/?
Rugby, it's higher intensity and goes non stop. I love football and it's a great sport but IMO rugby is better.
Rugby. Football itself won't make you fit so much as training for it, even then it's mostly just about being naturally fast and strong and then honing those abilities. Actually playing rugby will improve your cardio immensely and if you lift you'll be able to make use of your strength too.
