Why does my fat "hang" /fit/? Most the 1yr people who postin CBTs have less defined arms/chest/face/back than me and have less muscle, but they still have a flat stomach if not a 6pac while I have a fucking fat pouch when I sit.
Body calipers say I have less fat than anyone else I measured but my fat looks like a thin layer of mashed potato in a plastic bag. I'd like to get in shape, so I wrote down a beginner training program upon reading the FAQ. However, I'm already busy from 8am to 6.30pm all work-days; plus I get back home on foot (only 4km, but it still takes me around 45 minutes).
Basically, I wake up at 7am, get home at around 7.30pm tired and hungry. How do I incorporate the gym in this routine? Would it be better to exercise right away or after I eat dinner? Would it be ok to skip cardio since I'm coming home on foot or that's just a lazy cop-out?

Don't create your own program as a beginner you don't know what you're doing just do SS. Work out in the morning or after work it doesn't matter if you don't have the energy buy a pre workout, caffeine tablets, drink coffee etc.

Is recomp a meme? I've been cutting since early January, down 20 pounds but I keep having more fat than I thought. A month ago I thought I was 15% bf and that I'd be 12% by now. Even though I've lost more fat, I'm just no realizing that NOW I'm 15% bf.
My bloodwork is low test (200ng/dl) but I was normal test (700ng/dl) before this cut. I'm eating 75g of fat a day. I can't get it up.

You can only grow so much muscle natty, all the "sick gains" you got was just fat.

Learning Dutch atm m80, I moved to the Netherlands in August
I'm going to start trying to dress well again. I've been so bent on comfort for the past six years that I haven't worn jeans once in that time apart from very special occasions. Went shopping for a wedding I had to attend in another country where I meet other parts of my family for the first time and realized that dressing well feels pretty damn good
