You need some ultra divine water, sensu beans, and to be alien.
That said, saiyans made easy gains, just get someone to nearly kill you, heal 100% with a sensu bean, and suddenly you're stronger. I wonder why vegeta never did that after returning to earth from namek. He knew about the beans at that point. It seems like a much easier method than actual training.

Taking a week off and doing half hour to an hour of cardio everyday. I'm stuck in a mental muck and I'd figured it was a good day to get me hyped up for the gym again. Anyone got some motivational tips?

How many of you consume breads, wraps, beans, or rice? If you do your prolonging the time it takes to burn fat, even if you exercise a lot. And peanuts are not considered a nut, they are a legume, peanut butter is so bad for someone trying to be healthier.

All the foods on the right should be avoided on a diet anyways. They're very dense in calories. You don't have to follow a meme diet to know that high carb foods are bad for cutting. Not because the carbs but because high-carb foods are more caloricly dense than low-carb foods.
I probably eat less than 50 carbs a day unintentionally.

When compared to a diet free of meat yes. But who fucking cares, it's not significant and you'd be giving up meat for something that you may never have to worry about. Just live like a normal fucking person. You'll be at risk for that shit anyhow.

At first you could try to diffuse the situation with words. You'd be amazed how many times you can calm someone down if you stay calm and collected yourself. But if something reallly went down, of course I would help out.

Hey /fit, I've been making some good progress the last couple of months. Broke out of auschwitz by force feeding myself until i got every meal in.
Gained 7kg thus far. About 1.5kg a month.
Only problem is my chest. It seems to be growing with this weird hole in the middle, i always assumed it would go away if i lifted more and got some meat on my bones. But it doesn't seem to be changing, i'm just getting bigger pecks on the side of my chest.
Any advice /fit? Or are my genes just sht

The neck crew: guys with thick necks and thick frames. Not usually make model facial features but still Dom. They are usually tall and built due to genetics and lifting. Low class and usually found as bouncers or teaching MMA.
Jaw Tribe: Sharp male model facial features. Often upper class and toned muscles. Do not have thick frames. Often they are 5'11 and up. NEVER obese and always in good health naturally. They are pretty boys that are still masculine. Usually studying in University.
