I took three years off lifting due to depression. I actually put on about 12lbs of muscle in that time because of my physical job but unfortunately in that time i also put on about the same amount of fat. I've been training for six months but i weigh 230lbs at 29%. I've accepted my fatness and will do a serous cut to get lean again in a few months.

I work out occasionally (3 times a week or so), I lost 20 pounds, then gained it back (all fat), and now I'm in the process of losing it again and hopefully gaining some muscle.
Now, I dug this thing up in my house, I think my dad bought it. I'm trying it, and it's still functional. I just wanted to ask you guys—does this help at all?
