Hows my progress?
I'm looking to take up a martial art, I have friends and family that do Judo and Karate I've seen them do it for years and to be honest I don't really think either could help in a bad situation. Judo is all throws and holds, Karate seems to be endless kata and no contact...
I want something you can really use to kick someones ass if ever needed and also keep me in good shape alongside the gym..
What do you suggest??.
Judo and karate (providing it's knockdown karate) could definitely help you in a bad situation.
Otherwise, go with muay thai, bjj, boxing, sanda/sanshou, sambo or wrestling.
There's nothing else really worth studying.
Help I need more of this man. He's perfect my ovarieeeess.
Guy cut hair and shaved beard. This is what women think bulking up is. http://www.buzzfeed.com/krishrach/ezra-miller-has-bulked-up-and-its-too-much-to-handle?bffb&utm_term=4ldqpgz#4ldqpgz
Just had my first tinder hookup, could only get it semi-hard and it kept slipping out of her. I'm 19 years old and do regular cardio, so I doubt it's a circulation problem.
I've got another date on Sunday and it'll probably lead to sex again- how can I fix my issues before then?
Is it too much masturbation? Death grip? Performance anxiety? It's incredibly frustrating, pls help me sexual gurus of /fit/.
/sexualhealthgeneral/ I guess.

Have anyone of you done Arnold's Blueprint?

Any advice or something else i should do?
Does anyone have that picture where it debunks the myth that 'models weigh 23% less than the average woman today than the difference of 8% 20 years ago?'
/fit/, my GF needs your help.
I started dating her 5 months ago. At first I dumped her, because she was too fat (105 kg, 231 lb), but she has really nice personality, so I give it a chance. But I told her to lose weight. Told her about counting calories, and she started diet.
After 5 months she lost 11 kg (24 lb). She is not happy, and telling me that this is too slow, and she doesn't see any changes. I get mad and told her, that she have to do exercises.
And now /fit/, what exercises should she do to make her lose weight faster? She is fat - so anything...

squats, deadlifts, bench press, overhead press, pullups
if you start with only the bar they arent too hard. alternatively, run or swim (better for joints when youre heavy) 2-3 times a week. and watch what you eat.
OP do you think she'll watch your skinnyfat body if she gets in shape?
Who do you lift for?
I do it for God.
I train every day and night, sweating and bleeding and vomiting all of my love for It, that Omnipresent being that can't cease to exist.
Once I reach my limit, I will become something more than me, I will become One with Myself and challenge It , and embrace The Void
Lifting for the God that created the Leviathan...the beast without equal and without fear. Leviathan laughs at your puny frame. Sorry, but God doesn't care about your physical gains.

Redpill me on post-workout recovery.
It's important to get the proper amino acids into your system. Just buy some BCAAs or something.
