These two guys are 18 and 17, what's YOUR excuse?
What's a good line for picking up girls at the gym?
So /fit/. I am 14 y/o and recently started lifting weights. I have seen alot of progress on my biceps. All do I only train like 2-3 times a week.
The real question is how i am going to loose the weight. I currenlty weight 141 pounds.
Give me your suggestions.

I began lifting 2 years ago and am pretty strong now
I just squatted 55 lbs and I just feel unstoppable
also general strength thread.
looking pretty swole bro, sweet gyno
any pictures of your perky tits or boipucci?
How do I improve the amount and quality of my sperm?
Does anyone know what kind of diet OCB runs?
Im pretty much the before pic, with a bit more muscle, i wanna bulk hard but effective without putting on too much fat, what do?
Last one died, new one without a retarded unrelated picture.
5'11 fat guy cutting down from 22-ish% bodyfat.
Ending my 4th week of SS and I think my squat has stalled. Last session I could do 195 and just barely make it to fail my last set, not I almost failed my first set.
I deloaded to 190 and managed to finish. Is this an acceptable stop point for noob gains? Should I expect my squat to go down from this point as I lose more weight?
Is this good lowbar squat form or am I headed to snap city?
What it do /fit/?
You wake up one day. You're 400 pounds. What do you do?
Eat nothing but 200g of protein via chicken breasts and broccoli with a multivitamin every day for a month.
Drink nothing but black coffee and water.
Do a simple full body barbell routine and light walking so I don't fuck my knees.
Been there, done that.
Starting with a standard caloric deficit at 430 to clean up my diet/relationship with food.
Got down to 345 and started the PSMF.
Ran it for 6 weeks, got down to 292. Ate at maintenance for 4 weeks, started it again a week ago - already down to 284.
In 11 weeks I should be somewhere around 230 at 6'3" - feels good man.

We have only one rule (well, among others), let's follow it.
Play clean, play fair, play true (IPF).
Be nice (all others).

10x10 upper body went pretty well today, maybe because I skipped lower body yesterday
If your lifts aren't going down on a cut, is it safe to say that you aren't losing any muscle?
Would it be a good idea to go down 100 calories more a day each workout to see exactly the point where your lifts are gonna suffer.
>pic related: my home gym
Is it even possible to do so naturally? Any personal experiences?
bump for interest, i spend way too much time in front of a computer, and i fear that the damage is done, but it just hasn't catched up to me. i'm also worried that this might continue in the future.
What's the logic behind not drinking diet soda when cutting?
There isn't really any. There's some vague evidence that the phosphoric acid can decrease bone density in old ladies, but that's about it. Aspartame does not cause an insulin response. Caffeine will increase your TDEE.
How do I into a nice butt?
So far the only exercises in my routine that include glutes are Squats and Deadlifts, but I'm noticing less progress with my ass compared to my legs.
Right now I'm rocking a pretty lame manbutt, while my quads and hamstrings are starting to get solid. I want to make grills jealous on my butt.
