5'11 fat guy cutting down from 22-ish% bodyfat.
Ending my 4th week of SS and I think my squat has stalled. Last session I could do 195 and just barely make it to fail my last set, not I almost failed my first set.
I deloaded to 190 and managed to finish. Is this an acceptable stop point for noob gains? Should I expect my squat to go down from this point as I lose more weight?
Is this good lowbar squat form or am I headed to snap city?

That's not atypical for what you can get right off without eating at a surplus. You're in for a long haul of cutting with not much in the way of gains.

Eat nothing but 200g of protein via chicken breasts and broccoli with a multivitamin every day for a month.
Drink nothing but black coffee and water.
Do a simple full body barbell routine and light walking so I don't fuck my knees.
Been there, done that.
Starting with a standard caloric deficit at 430 to clean up my diet/relationship with food.
Got down to 345 and started the PSMF.
Ran it for 6 weeks, got down to 292. Ate at maintenance for 4 weeks, started it again a week ago - already down to 284.
In 11 weeks I should be somewhere around 230 at 6'3" - feels good man.

If your lifts aren't going down on a cut, is it safe to say that you aren't losing any muscle?
Would it be a good idea to go down 100 calories more a day each workout to see exactly the point where your lifts are gonna suffer.

How do I into a nice butt?
So far the only exercises in my routine that include glutes are Squats and Deadlifts, but I'm noticing less progress with my ass compared to my legs.
Right now I'm rocking a pretty lame manbutt, while my quads and hamstrings are starting to get solid. I want to make grills jealous on my butt.

I'm looking to take up a martial art, I have friends and family that do Judo and Karate I've seen them do it for years and to be honest I don't really think either could help in a bad situation. Judo is all throws and holds, Karate seems to be endless kata and no contact...
I want something you can really use to kick someones ass if ever needed and also keep me in good shape alongside the gym..

Judo and karate (providing it's knockdown karate) could definitely help you in a bad situation.
Otherwise, go with muay thai, bjj, boxing, sanda/sanshou, sambo or wrestling.
