I have only just joined a real gym and started BB work hence the JUST-tier Squat and Deadlift. Before that I was in my apt gym benching, pressing, rowing, curling etc with DBs plus chin-ups and some machine work like hamstring curl and lat pulldown.

Bench press has stalled out - couldn't get 230 and dropped back down to 200. The Press isn't showing signs of slowing. And squats, mang... Above 225 my core just collapses.

I think I am fucked. I started my journey to fitness. Was able to do 45 not including bar for 1 set. Can't do it another. Had to go down to 35 able to get those done quick and fast. I am trying to make it. I just don't want to get hurt under the bar since I am the only here. About to do my next 35 set after this post.
Protip: just include the weight of the bar when posting how much you're lifting. Makes it easier for everyone. So you were benching 90 total, then moved down to 80 total?

Yo /fit I will soon go to boot camp and become a soldier. What would you say is most important when it comes to muscular strength in the military? What should I work on these last months? Cardio is already top notch.
Eat at maintenence or slightly above. Do a shitton of squats 10*10, pushups/bench/pullups and deadlifts 5*5. Just try to do high volume and get a decent base wich will get fucking reckt in bootcamp.
Do you know people who think they know everything about fitness; yet in reality, the know nothing?

Anyone have that one long comic with /fit/ adding some logic in an extra column? It was of different scenarios and the original artist was trying to convince you to be lazy and unhealthy in diet and stuff and /fit/ added a column telling what will actually happen if you do that.
