Why is it that fit is no where near as helpful as it used to be 3-4 years ago?

It's bullshit, they make all sports cars for dwarves. I was going for a challenger r/t but I could barely switch gears in it due to the steering wheel placement. so now I'm probably going to look at the chargers because the seats go back further than 10mm

How to I gain thick forearms, /fit/izens?
What's the best way to achieve that?
Aside from that, there's a few old tricks for forearms mostly used by baseball players.
Take a wooden rod and attach a weight to it with some string or whatever. Holding your forearms in front of you, alternate left and right to roll it up and then back down. Completely controlled and slow.

Ok so my old gym closed and this new gym Ive been going to is in a sketchy neighborhood. 2 people getting stabbed last year sketchy. Anyway I lift late at night and nothing else is close by. So ive been thinking of conceal carry. Mainly a makarov myfather eants to give me. Pic related. Wanna know if any of you alphas carry and how do you conceal in gym wear.
if serious and you really want to have a pocket pistol on you while weight training, there are compression shirts which have pistol pockets below the armpit. That shirt underneath a zip up hoodie halfway zipped would probably be the best way, you could do some of the lifts with it there. The pistol there is probably too big.

BMI is oversimplified. Treat it as a rule of thumb and not a religion and you won't run into problems

I don't get how you clean bulk really. Yesterday I ate 300g of turkey breast, 150g of rice, some coconut fat and lettuce and I have been full till night. In the morning I eat 300g worth of kale which is only 100 or so calories and I am not hungry for 5 hours.
