What's a good low calorie way to get drunk?
I really want to not be obese and disgusting, I want to look like a Spartan warrior but it's too hard and I'm a bitch. I feel all motivated at night, but the next morning I'm just too lazy and depressed. I have lost about 50lbs since starting my quest but I'm not happy with how slow its going. Any secrets to keep motivation last longer than a few hours?
>having a day for fucking back
Let me guess, you literally just took 10 different row excercises + deadlifts?

Wtf is wrong with my poop. All floaty and bloody, and now this? My butthole have never hurted this much...
floaters are caused by either
>poor nutrient absorption
only a concern if they last for a couple weeks
you likely have dietary issues if you had hard stools which caused a hemmorhoid and then floaters. fix your meal prep game boi
jesus what the fuck have you been eating?
Any fellow T-rex lowerbody beast squat everyday/smolov brehs on here? People who actually squat more than they bench?

Could you honestly say that exercise alone has cured your depression?
It makes me feel very good and definitely helps with neurochemical deficiencies. Do I still feel the despair and hopelessness that plagues my existence? Yes, but lifting makes me feel like a man and part of being a man is realizing life is not about feeling good all the time, or even feeling good at all, it's about chasing an ever distant horizon.
Are there any studies on improving universal reflex speed (as in, not some specific stimulus, but in general)?
What about speed of a specific movement? Or is it just "do it a lot"?
When you do that, you are conditioning for a specific movement by strengthening specific neural pathways.
I am talking overall.
I have no idea who the manlet is.

Anyone tried the aggressive fat loss program?
Can someone send me the pdf?
Brehs, I matched with a tinder girl who squats 415 and benches 205. She's /thick/ and has a decent face, how do I not fuck it up?
What is the cutoff for being considered fat?
