It's genetic, so assuming that you're not lactose intolerant, you could go back in time and fuck her mom so that you're your GF's dad instead of her current dad. But then, you're her dad, which it a problem depending on where you live.
How reasonable would it be for me to cut on 2000kcal, I know at high bf% you can cut quite a lot of calories without losing lean body mass. I'd like to do this for maybe 6 weeks. I reckon it's unlikely that I'd see any gains and lifts will probably stall out big time, but could I maintain on such an extreme cut. I feel that I could comfortably cut on 3000kcal.

I do security at a hotel, still a shit ton of people but most know how behave, only jave to deal with drunk people rarely and the eventual autistic. Yesterday an autistic guy covered in feces follow a guest into her room.
Ive never done club security but i guest is mostly drunk people ypu have to deal with but as long as you're firm and don't sound nervous shit should be easy.

Dude I eat so much fiber - the Metamucil alone is over 100%, then I eat a fuck ton of veggies and my poops are still hell.
Avacados, broccoli, beans, 51% whole grain pasta, brown rice, oats.
And the poops are always splashy as fuck.

What should I eat before I go to the gym, and how long before should I eat it?
My go-to was a banana and some oatmeal right before I headed out the door, but I find I get exhausted and feel sick if I'm doing any sort of weight routine (yesterday I got headachey and felt nauseous during pull ups and the only thing I'd done before that was squats).

Can deadlift improve the arch in your feet?
Ever since I started doing deadlifts and squats I swear the arches in my feet have gotten more pronounced (i have mildly flat feet)
Is there any science backing this?
