I don't have a real routine at the Moment (no split, no bulk/cut phases). Hit the gym 3x a week for about 2,5 hours doing about 1 hour weights/machines and 1,5 hours cardio. Still fat. No alcohol, no fast food, no soda.
Should I max the cardio to running 6x a Werk? Am I forever endomorph? Wat do?
If you're really lifting and not fucking around (which I somewhat doubt, because you can't keep the intensity that long), it will move. If I were you I would shorten workouts and increased their intensity. Good job on getting under 200
