Just picked up a foam roller and wanted to see /fit/s recommended exercises.
Just put it underneath a muscle and try to put as much weight on it as possible while rolling. It's not one of those things where you need a guide. Once it stops hurting, do the other muscle, then switch muscles, it'll stop hurting after a while of doing it regularly.
What I like about fit the most is that there is actually a collective agreement that everyone here is insane. That's what unites us. We obsess over weights, diet, calories, form, pussy, height, whether we're (well, you're) gay or not, supplements, and we're absolutely ok with it.
While, on other boards except /b/, there's far more pretentious fucking faggots. Even /b/ has more pretentious faggots than /fit/. /fit/ is pure.

Okay so started boxing before christmas 3 times a week an hour each session i definitely started losing weight and toning up then i missed 2 full weeks of training and already getting fat even fatter then i was before i missed the two weeks because i lack motivation and im afraid im gonna just fall in a trap where i say yes im gonna go tomorrow but wait its gonna be really hard since ive missed 2 weeks and this is just gonna get worse and worse until i give up on it someone please help could really do with some tips for motivation
To the guys who lift for 2 year+, did you notice the same:
First months of training youre super motivated because its all new and exciting, you could lift everyday.
Then there comes a pretty big streak where the motivation is pretty low often and you have to force yourself to not skip the gym. I felt like that for a while especially because you have to work pretty hard already but still look pretty bad in comparison to others. Luckily i kept working out and didnt skip days if not absolutly necessary.
And then once you start looking really nice it turns around...
