I'm right handed, yet somehow my right bicep gets tired quicker when doing incline dumbell curls. I usually do back and bis on the same day, with back first if that helps. Why would this imbalance happen? Especially considering its my dominant arm.

Hey /fit/, so I'm having problems drinking protein shakes.
So the other day I made a protein shake with Gold Standard Whey, and after I drank it I got a pretty painful stomach ache.
I figured it was something else because I have acid reflux.
Then today after my workout the same thing happened.
Does anyone else have these problems? Any solutions?

High carb low fat diet is the way to go, youll literally have to be living on your bed and eating constantly to gain weight on that lifestyle.

You gotta control your calories cause its fucking HIGH FAT. When its high carb low fat like fruits and vegies, you can literally eat as much as you fucking want, and its really difficult to gain weight. Youll stay slim
So yeah, you dont have to starve yourself, and you stay lean.
Minus fruits, do you not find foods taste like cardboard? A little bit of fat on a meal, for me, makes a massive difference.
Can't say I've ever had an issue with being hungry on a cut except for the odd craving for junk food.
Any other anons out there use one of these to track your supplement pills? I don't care if I look like an old ass person with one, it works.

Hi /fit/, I am trying to switch from low-bar to high-bar squats. Apparently this is where I placed the bar today, judging from the marks. Squats were also easier today. Did I put it too low or is this high-bar? Or is it the hybrid-squat shit Candito talked about?
