how do i deal with scoliosis? any tips, remedies, etc. ?

I keep an eye on it with x-rays every year or so. I wear a lift in my left shoe, but everyone is different. Talk to a chiropractor, they can show you what exercises to do for your degree of curve and if you need a lift or anything
It has affected me enormously. Used to be picked on in HS due to it, low self-esteem and everything that involves. I look pretty good now considering how bad my posture was, i reckon in a few years i'll have a top-tier posture (as long as i keep lifting and swimming, obviusly)
also does that help with muscle development?

How do I know I'm working my delts vs. fucking up my rotatory cuff? Should my shoulders be tight and up, or should they be slouched?

Anon, it's so much simpler to just eat less/smarter.
I box. We do it as a warmup, never any longer than 10 to 15 minutes. It has some value for footwork and light cardio, that's it.
It's largely useless from a fitness perspective.

So I'm fat. I have a bench and two dumbbells as a home gym right now. I've gotten protein powder and have seen parts of me slimming down, especially my stomach and am gaining muscle. But how can I speed up progress? It is going rather slow to stay committed. Should I lose more weight before trying to gain muscle or what....

The same convo happens all the time with guys. But something about the way she was was different. Feels bad man.
Bumping for interest, there's a guy that started lifting around the time I did and we never talk to each other even though we come in at the same time every day and pass about 4 times per workout. Kind of want a gym bro but not sure if I want to lose my autistic ambiguity

I can seated ohp 1 plate for 6 reps and can rep out 55s seated now
but I cannot even bench 1 plate, I don't fucking get it
