Chucks are widely considered the best lifting shoe short of shelling out a bunch of money on actual weightlifting shoes. The rubber part of the sole on those looks really low, which can lead to ankle injuries, but that's only really an issue if you're lifting pretty heavy weights or have bitch ankles

Hey fit, I have hip dysplasia and it makes running long distances, or even standing for long periods of time really painful. Are there any stretches or exercises I could do to help strengthen my hip and possibly alleviate the pain that I normally get? I'm starting to do leg extension exercises, and bicycling and both seem to help a bit. Any other tips? Thanks.

Sup brahs. Been lifting for 45 days now. Hard isolated 4×8 workouts every day. I do tricep-bicep-shoulders-chest-back-legs and abs. That's my 6 day cycle. I eat my body weight (187 lbs) of protein every day as well as 3 or 4 servings of oatmeal or another carb. I am seeing progress but it is really slow... should I be doing combo workouts like back and biceps together in 1 day or something? I am sore all the time and I know I am working hard but results are just slow.... any tips?
