>I only have a 20 inch vertical jump
>Rip thinks that I will never be a good athlete
Kill me now bros
Can swimming give you good gains like lifting does?
Its like running with your whole body its fucking great you pleb
sup /fit/ so do I have a medical concern or am I just ridiculously out of shape.
About two years ago I started getting fatigue after moderate physical activity, which never used to happen. I used to enjoy dancing, running and lifting but now anything that makes my heart race triggers this fatigue bullshit and I start to get dizzy/light headed, my eyes start to lose focus/color and I'm out of breath after basically doing nothing. I've always been a fatty but it's never been this fucking bad. It's gotten to the point where I burn out after 100 squats. Over...

I've noticed that when I manage to catch my breath after the first feeling of fatigue I'm usually good to go. For example if I'm at a show and I'm dancing, I usually get this feeling after taking a few steps. After I calm down (which takes like fucking 30 minutes) I can usually do whatever at a steady pace as long as I don't overdo it.
Why are Western women so fucking fat and lazy that they can't make a good body for themselves?
I went to a shitty overpriced party school where I learned how the cispatriarchy tried to oppress me into being thin
how are these? are they /fit/ enough for leg day?
Chucks are widely considered the best lifting shoe short of shelling out a bunch of money on actual weightlifting shoes. The rubber part of the sole on those looks really low, which can lead to ankle injuries, but that's only really an issue if you're lifting pretty heavy weights or have bitch ankles
how do i achieve this body what type of workouts and diet?
The things we do, and think nobody else does them edition
>Go to a 24 hour gym
>Poop on the shower floor
Do big traps actually look good on everyone?
I just stood in front of the mirror and flexed my traps and I don't think it would actually look good if they were that big.
>I'm sure to win for my speed is superior!
I would rather be quick and lean instead of bulky and built like a truck.
Hey /fit/. I've been doing reg parks for about 5 months now and I noticed that I've barely been seeing much gains lately. Is it time to move on to an intermediate routine? Also what is the best intermediate routine to do?
Lifts are shit
You aren't squatting deep enough
You can mvoe routine, but are absolutely not ready for a true intermediate routine, you should still be able to make linear progress
Did I bulk too much? First time bulking I weighed 140 now I'm 165
Is it true i can work my chest just laying in the floor without a bench?
I'm from Tunisia, just moved to Norway 3 months ago. I went to the indoor swimming pool today and I saw so many kids like 12 and older like 70% had fuckin manboobs, even the skinny guys. Like 4/10 adult norwegian guys had it too. Wtf? Never saw this in Tunis.
>I'm from Tunisia, just moved to Norway 3 months ago.
>subtle /int/ troll
does anyone go to the gym 5 or more day a week?
I started lifting again after a long hiatus. I'm 2 months back into it and I thought I'd lose a little interest but all I want to do is lift and get stronger. I wanna squat everyday and then eat like an animal and do it again.
help me brahs
how much time do you spend a week actually working out and moving
IE not resting
>implying Julieanna Goddard's ass is even all that great
