If I stop working out for two weeks or so, doing nothing but kegels and extreme masturbation and drinking lots of protein/creatine, can I make my dick bigger. It's a muscle so I figured this was like feeding it. Please share any experience you have here

Hey /fit/ I dislocated my shoulder 2 weeks ago. I was lifting for 3 years before so my shoulders are pretty strong. I can overhead press 155 for 5 times.
Im scarred that I wont be able to box anymore though. I have a feeling that this happened because I stretch my shoulders way to much. Every day I do chest or any upper body i do 3 sets of should cuff workouts with 5lbs.
Have any of you have a dislocated shoulder? Does it always keep falling out or is that only an issue for no lifters? Im scarred I wont be able to do anything anymore....

I've noticed that when I manage to catch my breath after the first feeling of fatigue I'm usually good to go. For example if I'm at a show and I'm dancing, I usually get this feeling after taking a few steps. After I calm down (which takes like fucking 30 minutes) I can usually do whatever at a steady pace as long as I don't overdo it.
