I'm really feeling unconfident with my body because i am so skinny. The problem is that i can eat what i want and i eat a lot but i dont gain weight.
Which food do i need to eat and do i have to go to the gym to gain weight by exercising my body?

if you want to gain weight in muscle you need to go to the gym. Trust me no one there cares if you are skinny just make sure you do the exercises correctly because incorrect form is the only thing people will judge you for. Also eating lots of protein will help with weight gain and ez strength gains
How do I make voice gains? All my life I've had a deep but quiet voice. I can't yell, I've tried, my voice just cracks it comes out as just air. And people in normal settings often ask me to repeat myself, let alone in a semi crowded place or a bar/club. How can I be louder?

If you find it hard to eat your calories than drink them. Drink two glasses of milk for each meal, easy calories right there.

1. Learn to cook. Your life will change with you put a bitchin garlic sauce on some properly cooked broccoli. Learn to grill (or use your oven's broiler). Learn what food is supposed to taste like so that you can appreciate a well-cooked meal and not just what tastes good to you (for example, carrots should be sweet, potatoes shouldn't be mealy, brussel sprouts should be tender and savory, etc).
2. Stop being a bitch and change the way you think. This takes time, but eventually you will associate healthy food with gains. Why do you think we all drink protein shakes even though they taste like steamy dog shit? Broccoli is probably THE single most nutritious thing on the planet. It is the vegetable of the gods.
3. Baby steps. It took my a month to learn how to eat breakfast. I started with one piece of toast, then moved up to two. Now I smash 1,000 calories before 9am.
4. Lift or you'll get fat.
5. Count calories (myfitnesspal app on your phone).
