I'm trying to lose weight and yesterday I had dounuts and an excessive amount of carbs - vastly exceeding my TDEE.
Keep going and either your fuck up will motivate you more, or you're not dedicated enough. Or you could also eat like an extra 100-200 calories less per day until you make up for the excess calories you took in.

Anyone have a source? I lost the huge tub of tabs I bought like 3 years ago when moving out last year. I am in need of them again but it turns out in the last few years it has been fucking banned or something. Holland and Barrett used to do them but now they are a public health risk apparently.

my problem is that for me eating food increases my apetite which leads to
i eat breakfast -> 1hour later i eat my lunch
i eat dinner -> I eat what I was planning to eat for supper immediately
I know it would be much better for digestion etc if I spread my intake throughout the day
how to control my glutton brain and stop stuffing myself always when I sit down to eat and then fast half a day? I just love food too much I guess
the problem for me is not hunger, but apetite
i feel satiated after a meal, but eating food increases apetite for me, if i skip breakfast for example, then i won't even think about food until like 9-10 am
Due to unforseen reasons I can't hit the gym for today and all of next week, what body weight extersizes can I do to at least maintain my gainz til then? I also have two 10kg weights and two 2.3kg weights along with a bendy bar at my disposal.

i am only 19 years old and have 18 inch bi's, which is great for when i go out to clubs coz a lot of hot girls come up to me and want to feel my bi's, abs, etc...
traps are also great too, mine are fuckin nuclear lately.
