Guys i started hitting the gym on wednesday cause i want to become trumps new wall.
It's been 48 hours now.
But it seems impossible cause i got this cancerous pain in my arms and chest, cant even move them an inch, or else the cancer will strike.
I need some advice on how to cure this cancer, or am i gonna die?

I've just started going to the gym a few weeks ago.
My problem is this. Last year I had a six pack(not lying) and I've slacked off but my problem is that I've always have had big legs and cankles. When I was working out and watching what I ate my top half lost the body fat but my bottom half kept it. Whats going on, why can't I get rid of the fat on my legs? I was fat growing up but lost all of it in middle school except on my legs.

Bruce Lee liked to split and add to his workout over a period of a day. There's a story of him dropping for crunches during commercial breaks of a television show, for an example.
It probably still took a long time, but he also just did it when he could, and whenever he could.

If I want cardio, I run. Like a man. I run with proper form with shoes that fit and I stay off pavement. My joints are never sore.

What is the thing bulging out right above my pelvis? It feels a bit dommed. Could it be an early stage hernia? I don't even lift that heavy and squat is very low weight.

My dinner alone has 45g. My lunch had a lot of lentils and my breakfast had a lot of oats. I had an apple and about 400 calories of nuts too

Depends whats your starting weight. If youre skeleton king or fat as fuck its easier people to notice your minimal weight gain/loss compared to naturally big guy who starts lifting.
I was (still am) skeleton king and usually end of my bulk people would starting to notice my gains. Past 180 lbs and on.
