Brehs, which multi-vitamin do you reccomend for a military bro that doesn't have access to all the food needed for a week balanced diet?
Any thoughts of Jim Stopani's line or the Controlled Labs brand?
Are cold showers a meme? Anyone experience the benefits?

>working out 3 hours before sleep increases protein synthesis, leading to size increases.
>working out longer than 3 hours before bed slows protein synthesis, which tones the muscles instead.
I have a lazy ass dog and want him to get fit. He basically just lies all day and eats his food, doesn't run or do any exercise or any other stuff that dogs are supposed to do.
Which exercises should he do, so he gets more muscular? I tried tying microplates around his legs, but he doesn't want to have any of it.
I tried putting protein powder in his water, but he barely drinks it. Does 1 g per 1 lbs apply for dogs too? Any other nutrition tips? Should I feed him creatine?

don't know if this is the appropriate board or not
So I've had this weird bump on the shaft of my cock for at least a year. It's been flesh-coloured up until a few days ago
What the fuck is it and has anyone had anything like this
also going to the doctor about it soon, just wanted to see if I could get some info on it
Are you taking or have you taken it? How much were/are you taking? Have you actually noticed any difference with fat burn or sex drive? If so, how significant?
was taking 1-3 pills a day. Increased heart rate and crazy boners for sure. Fat burn maybe, I did get leaner on it but I was on a cut anyway, im not sure if it had any impact as such though. But dick was rock hard. Frequently. No gf tho so kinda useless
You know what to do
Tell me about your past injuries and how much better you feel after having received treatment.
For me, it finally happened. I finally got my ACL reconstruction done yesterday, and in 3 short months I can work out with it again, and in one short year I can finally go back to running and making gains instead of being disrupted by constant injury, instability, and pain. Pic related, it's the inside of my knee before they fixed it
I had chronic dislocations in my left shoulder
I had keyhole surgery to tighten all the connective tissue around the shoulder cup in 20
It hasn't popped out since and is almost as good as it used to be
So your problem hasn't actually been solved yet? I've got news for you pal - your results will never be better than the amount of energy you put into rehabbing your knee. Simply waiting will do jack shit.
If you have a gymbro: What's your gymbro/gymbroette/gymbromo like /fit/?
If you don't: Why don't you have a gymbro/gymbroette/gymbromo /fit/? Do you just lift alone?
>edge al the time, never cum
>even while lifting
>break all PRs like super saiyan
I went from 245 to 215, I need to get from 215 to 175 I'm just gonna do cardio daily till I'm at my goal weight. who here /cardio/ here?
a vegan feminist looking more /fit/ than 99% of this board
>that armpit hair
I'm confused. The top cardio meme nowadays is that HIIT is so much better for fat loss than steady state cardio. But most sources I read on energy substrates say that the body uses glycogen stores more for short intense bouts, and fat stores more for longer bouts. In that case, wouldn't steady state cardio be better for cutting?
HIIT is for fat fucks that are afraid that more than 20 min of cardio will kill their gains so they do it hard and short so they go into anaerobic. For actual, real fat burn you want to do long cardio, 40 min or more. A 200 lbs person would burn around 800-1000 cals if they can run 10 km in 1 hour. This is fact
No, hiit is better because in part because it causes the release of growth hormone, which improves body composition (helps add muscle and burn fat)
