Can anyone give me, or point me towards, a real, non bro-science sprint routine that won't fuck up my knees/back?
My goal is to land somewhere in the 13s range for a 100m.
I'm not a runner, I'm a cyclist, but I'll tell you this: You need a solid aerobic base before you start subjecting yourself to full-on sprints. I'd also recommend some weight-bearing exercise, if you don't already do it, so the cartilege in your joints isn't soft and subject to tearing.
I'm also a cyclist, I'm trying to break into sprinting to add to my routine. Mainly because it's easier on the knees than jogging when done right. What's your weekly routine, if you don't mind showing?
What are some high carb, low fat, low protein vegan recipes for bulking?

I'm on my first cut after a ~6 month bulk, and 8 weeks into the cut, my lower back still has an enormous amount of fat (kind of like pic related). I have a full 6 pack, but when I put on a shirt, it looks like my lower back is melting. Did I lose the genetic lottery or do I just need to cut for another ~8 weeks or so and lose all my gains?

depends on your goal. If you want to gain as much aerobic fitness as much as possible, start off slower and slowly increase the pace. Starting off too fast and staying too fast will make your run very lactic.

Side topic. Do certain body types and strengths make you more effective in one type over another?
body types can greatly affect certain things that you excel at yeah, although usually it's more styles within the martial art you're taking. simple examples would be lanky sticks that keep people on the outside w/ jabs, push kicks, etc, vs a shorter powerhouse guy who're more infighters working short hooks, uppers, clinch, etc. i'm really oversimplifiying this btw so that no fanatics call me out.

2 weeks ago in the gym I failed a bench and successfully did the roll of shame. It was also my first time doing the "Bend the bar" technique. Right after I recovered I felt a pain in my wrist.
Went home and the next day I experienced these symptoms.

My left shoulder hurts when I (flat) bench press. Incline seems to fine, but it hurt a little today. Looking online it says my shoulder is just weak. Should I just skip flat benches and try and build up shoulder strength some more? I started doing more shoulder work on the cables machines. It hurts when my elbow comes down and is parallel to my shoulder.
