I need to do more. I have scoliosis in the thoracic part of my spine. I have only a small curve in my lumbar. I have absolutely no curve in my neck. Im only 25. Doctor says im gonna have arthritis in the next 5 years if i dont fix this shit and start stretching.

I've read it, I know starvation diets are shit and lifting is generally better than swimming or other cardio. I just consider it more pleasant to become not fat in 4-5 months then start lifting and eating properly, rather than eating properly and lifting from the start, losing those 20-22% bodyfat over 1,5-2 years instead.

I hated squats until I started squatting with a belt and olympic shoes.
I feel that most people after years of sedentary lifestyles need a belt and oly shoes for the lift to be comfortable to perform properly.
The belt taught me to how to brace my core properly (which fixed the back problems I had with squatting)
And the olympic shoes fixed my mobility issues i had with feet...(they allow me to go ATG without any mobility problems)
If you take away the belt and oly shoes from me I'd 100% quit squatting.
Whenever I look at my past, I realize that I have hurt so many people. I haven't been a great son or grandson or a friend. I have rejected people who meant nothing but good for me. I have had so many cowardly moments that had made me refrain from doing the right thing and instead do what is convenient. And I think I am still that person. Has anyone felt the same way? Any advice?

I feel pretty much exactly the same way. And you're right that it's a form of cowardice. I've not changed so I can't give you advice -I guess being aware of your shortcomings is a good start. I'd also caution against being hypercritical about your past or neurotic about your future decisionmaking.
I will also say that joining the Freemasons in order to become a better person is a laughably bad idea.

Weight loss is not linear, stop expecting it to be. There's dozens of statistics that can throw off your weight.
Weigh yourself with no clothes, and in the morning before drinking water, after shitting and pissing. Keep up with a caloric deficit, and you'll lose weight.
Also, don't expect to lose a ton really fast. Unless you're doing some retarded restriction, a realistic amount of weight to lose is 1-2 lbs a week. So stop expecting that much to be gone in a day.
