so I joined the military 3 years ago, 5'10, 165lbs. Felt/looked good(not great) since then I've gotten fat. I need a cutting program and diet please. Also any supplements that won't get me kicked out would be nice.
So I fainted at the gym, I was doing some crunches and got a bad stomach cramp so stood up, next thing I know I'm without my glasses and some guy is asking me if I'm alright, he said I was out for a few seconds. What do /fit/?

That's fucking retarded to give the bench away on purpose. When I am done w my main lifts I usually superset some machine lifts, e.g. leg extensions/curls, and it seems like everytime I go to the other machine someone slides in and messes up my routine. Can't be mad cus its not like I own the machine, but it does suck.
is there anyone around here who actually goes to a crossfit gym and practices the stuff they do there?
i think it looks quite fun and its definitly the closest place around me to practice oly lifts.
since there is one really close to me so im thinking about going and try it out.

My gym has a crossfit section and classes, but I don't pay for that shit.
The gym lets anyone use the equipment when the classes aren't on, and some of the stuff is cool. they have a giant climbing frame thing which is good for pull-up jumps, muscle ups and ring work. And they have a bunch of strongman style apparatus like tires and prowlers etc so can do more dynamic strength work in my own way without having some crazed middle aged single fitness freak woman screaming at me.

i would like to have acess to some diffrent equipment aswell. my gym is really vanilla, really nothing ordinary. casual ppl who go there, treadmills, machines and weights

After spending last year getting my training perfected, I've decided to perfect my diet, starting with the hardest part, a cut. I'm doing IF, 1800 calories a day, 20C/50P/30F. I still have 46g carbs left, 71g protein left to hit my target, and about 500 calories. What can I use? Preferably high protein and as low carb as possible
You could stuff yourself w chicken breasts, or cod or similar things. Also tuna or salmon if you want some fat too.

I really don't know a lot about strongman. I had assumed it was because he was still young, but according to you there are younger guys who are currently doing better. Anything to do with him taking off a lot of time and acting? I would imagine that would seriously affect your strongman training, since most of the top guys treat it like a full time job. Or does the benefit of size really not carry over that much past 6.5ft tall? I dunno, in.

Hey fit, I have a barbell, plates with 40 kg total weight (can buy more plates), pull up bar and dip bars. I only have no rack, but I easily can make something like picrelated.
Does it make sense to do something like squats 5x5, dips 3xf, chin ups 3xf three times a week? Or is it much more better to go to real gym with tons of dumbbells, machines etc.?
It's my plan to just get a squat stand w/ dip attachment, a nice bar, and some plates. Already have some bands I can choke around the uprights for face pulls and stuff.
Weighted dips, face pulls, side raises w/ plates M/R
Yates rows, shrugs, curls T/F
Got my squat over 500 with daily squatting. Weighted dips are the best pressing exercise if you can handle them.
