I've been at calorie deficit and losing weight but lately been thinking about working out mainly doing squats for a good butt but worried about the muscle weight gain. It's fucking stupid but it's the thing stopping me. If I do insane squats i will I also get gross big thighs. I'm ok with having toned legs, but if I want the ass I have in mind, I feel like my legs would grow with it.
Work in glute-isolating exercises such as hip thrusts/bridges and cable kickbacks along with a moderate amount of squats. Also you won't get "gross" big thighs by mistake(assuming they even existed).
I can't eat enough to gain weight.
I stuff my face with peanut butter, mcdonalds, whatever the fuck I want and I still don't gain weight.
I've tried to just physically force myself to eat more but I just feel like shit and like I have to throw up afterwards.
I went from 150 to 156 lbs in 3 months on a "bulk", I'm starting to plateau at pretty low weights (150 squat, 125 bench) up from just the bar, so decent strength gains I guess but no mass gains.
what am i supposed to do about this?

I like to do super sets from bar curls into clean jerks. Is it bad to do curls with a bench bar? My friend has said its bad for the wrist. I like to do it cause i can go straight into the cleans.
