I had glandular fever + strep throat + shingles + a bunch of shit all at once. Lasted weeks. Hallucinated at one point. Would sleep constantly then wake up in pain. One point literally slept over 20 hours and freaked out. It'll pass, you'll be fine champ.

This week is "Body Matters" week at my campus gym. Basically a week for HAES people to invade my temple to gains and try to shut down everyone's motivation who's just starting to lift. They hang up shit all around the gym in every mirror trying to promote body positivity such as pic related and "getting the perfect body wont solve your insecurities."
Has this gone too far? Are these people actually trying to do good or are they trying to project their feelings of "why try," on the fit zone?

Anyone else /lowenergy/ here? I get 8-9 hours of sleep a night, eat my macros every day (2k+ kcal), drink coffee in the morning, but I am still always exhausted. It's both a mental exhaustion and a physical exhaustion, even when I haven't lifted. Wat do fit

It's not great calorie/sugar wise, but I have been relying on Red Bulls and Starbucks espresso double shots to get me through the day. I probably have 2-3 of them a day.
I am weak as fuck, and I can not squat straight down, whenever I do the "sitting in chair" motion, I am always leaning forward. If I try going straight down, I feel like I am going to fall on my ass/my legs aren't strong enough.
So how do I go about squatting correctly/building it up if I can't do it with correct form?
I have a barbell/plates but I have to wait to get a rack/bench.

I'm very confused. I've been working out for 6 months consistently and while I'm making gains, I'm also gaining fat. I started out skinny. I was concerned about getting fat in the process, so I got protein powder that was only 300 calories a shake. My diet has not gotten worse during his time, if anything it's gotten better. Wtf.
