Why don't you get into dancing, /fit/?
Not dancing like that performing shit, but couples dancing
>chicks dig being spun around the dance floor
>you become an alpha fuck
Go dancing, /fit/
I am mid-20s, out of shape 25+% body fat, and have always sucked at sports. Is it too late for me to get buff or is there still time to get my shit together?
Modest goals are:
>15% body fat (~25%)
>150 lbs bench (~80 lbs now)
>30 sit-ups and push-ups (don't even know)
>6 minute mile
>a couple pull ups (none)
>dribble a soccer ball across a field, switch directions, make a goal
Lets face it. None of you wille ba as alpha as this guy.
>fucks lotsa girls
>has a girlfriend who is also a pornstar
>he cucks her regularly with hotter girls, while she didn't do a single scene with another man
>has a better physique than most of /fit/izens
>can pull off bald look
I've been progressing by 5lbs each time on squat successfully starting with the bar. Today, I made it to 200lbs, and failed miserably in my first rep of my first set.
I have never failed a single rep of squats before this at all. I tried again and failed. I deloaded to 135 and decided to change things up for the day and do sets of 10, I got tired by 5. I've been panicking and depressed earlier in the day, could that be the cause? What do I do next workout?
I heard ON Double chocolate and extreme chocolate tastes le chocolate milk. Is this too good to be true? In my experience, most protein powder I buy tastes mediocre and I have to force it down.
Thinking about buying a 5lbs one for $50.
I've only ever had ON but I like it. I always heard that protein shakes taste horrible no matter what but I kind of like how the extreme chocolate tastes. It's close to a chocolate milk or shake. It's still a protein shake so it won't be spot on but it's definitely easy to drink. The regular milk chocolate is very similar but the extreme is my favorite.
godamnit what is it with you young niggas drinking whey + water and that's it ?
Use a blender and get some oats and frozen fruits in there, add in a raw egg. It will taste good no matter what whey you got
So /fit/, what's your favorite routine?
Been lifting for 6 years now and have tried pretty much everything. I always find myself coming back to either fullbody or upper/lower split. It's not necessarily the most effective but it's my favourite.
The main reason I like these setups is that I'm very, very performance focused when I train. I like to go hard at my sets and because of this I can't keep focus knocking out 16 sets for any single muscle group in just one training session. So usually I'll train using very few exercises...

how do I achieve Rhonda Pearlman mode, /fit/?
What would you recommend as a good 3-day workout (preferably full-body since it's 3 days) routine for an intermediate level lifter?
I am considering jumping on Blaha's 5x5 program (3x5 when adjusted for cutting) but i think im a bit too advanced for it. Maybe im not though. my squat 1rm is 152kg and my DL 1rm is ~195. my bench is shitty at 100kg 1rm.
Could I still hop on it? for cutting at least?
If not, what would you guys recommend. i really cant seem to find any 3 day routines past the novice level.
Well, I was told I have tendonitis in my right arm. Explains my shooting pain whenever I do forearm exercises or move my wrist in any way with any weight. Apparently I was putting to much strain on my tendon as my strength increased, and I'm not even roiding.
I'm out of the game for chest, arm, back, and shoulders because my arm is in pic related for at least a month. I have zero use of my wrist. Any exercises I can do to still hit chest and bi's without fucking up or using my forearm at all??
Get in here and post your injuries.
So I've been wondering. I hit my macros and calories every day through chicken, rice, oatmeal, eggs and other good stuff. However, I rarely eat "greens". Does eating vegetables even matter besides fiber? I get my vitamins through a multivitamin supplement too.
Yes but not just fibres. Greens also contain lots of minerals and vitamins which you need badly. Supplementing yourself with a multi vitamin is good, but not all of it is absorbed. That's why you should eats vegetables as well.
Besides, greens can be really tasty.
I haven't eaten a green (leafy and cauliflower type vegetables) in over 30 years.
My bloodwork is perfect, I have zero health issues and I'm pretty fit. In way, way better shape and health than 99% of the people my age.
Just make sure you get all your nutrients from other sources and you're good.
I'm the guy who wrote the weak shit post a week or so ago. Care to tweak my routine? My goal is lean and relatively strong, not huge, and I want to focus on bodyweight, for when I head home to no gym for three months, and I can keep up the routine. What can I add or change?
Thanks for helping me get my life back on track.
Pic is day 0 of exercise.

Either go to /asp/ and find the bodyweight general or read the fucking sticky here and lift weights. Don't call yourself a fat fuck until you're done being a fat fuck and have the liberty to do so.
Does hanging from a bar improve grip strength?
24% body fat
> tomorrow is Monday. I want to lose all this fat. I want motivation from you famm. I'm too shy to post my fat ass. But I got my diet plan and routine all figured out. Just wanted to ask for motivation.
there's a certain point where you stop thinking about food for taste and start thinking about how it affects your body. after that point its a domino effect and cutting is nearly effortless.
I remember years ago when this board use to be good and funny
