I heard ON Double chocolate and extreme chocolate tastes le chocolate milk. Is this too good to be true? In my experience, most protein powder I buy tastes mediocre and I have to force it down.

I've only ever had ON but I like it. I always heard that protein shakes taste horrible no matter what but I kind of like how the extreme chocolate tastes. It's close to a chocolate milk or shake. It's still a protein shake so it won't be spot on but it's definitely easy to drink. The regular milk chocolate is very similar but the extreme is my favorite.

Been lifting for 6 years now and have tried pretty much everything. I always find myself coming back to either fullbody or upper/lower split. It's not necessarily the most effective but it's my favourite.
The main reason I like these setups is that I'm very, very performance focused when I train. I like to go hard at my sets and because of this I can't keep focus knocking out 16 sets for any single muscle group in just one training session. So usually I'll train using very few exercises...

What would you recommend as a good 3-day workout (preferably full-body since it's 3 days) routine for an intermediate level lifter?
I am considering jumping on Blaha's 5x5 program (3x5 when adjusted for cutting) but i think im a bit too advanced for it. Maybe im not though. my squat 1rm is 152kg and my DL 1rm is ~195. my bench is shitty at 100kg 1rm.
Could I still hop on it? for cutting at least?
If not, what would you guys recommend. i really cant seem to find any 3 day routines past the novice level.

Injuries General
Well, I was told I have tendonitis in my right arm. Explains my shooting pain whenever I do forearm exercises or move my wrist in any way with any weight. Apparently I was putting to much strain on my tendon as my strength increased, and I'm not even roiding.
I'm out of the game for chest, arm, back, and shoulders because my arm is in pic related for at least a month. I have zero use of my wrist. Any exercises I can do to still hit chest and bi's without fucking up or using my forearm at all??

So I've been wondering. I hit my macros and calories every day through chicken, rice, oatmeal, eggs and other good stuff. However, I rarely eat "greens". Does eating vegetables even matter besides fiber? I get my vitamins through a multivitamin supplement too.

Yes but not just fibres. Greens also contain lots of minerals and vitamins which you need badly. Supplementing yourself with a multi vitamin is good, but not all of it is absorbed. That's why you should eats vegetables as well.

My bloodwork is perfect, I have zero health issues and I'm pretty fit. In way, way better shape and health than 99% of the people my age.
Just make sure you get all your nutrients from other sources and you're good.

Greyskull lp is better, it's less volume on the compounds (So you can add accessories) and a little more balanced for upper and lower. Then go onto a PPL, far superior to a body part split
