Stay busy. Learn to enjoy the discomfort to some degree, as affirmation of your progress. Caffeine helps, drink water, hard boiled eggs are GOAT. Eat slow, savor your food and make it clear in your mind when you've hit your limit for the day.

A doctor will freeze the shit out of them, file away at the material, then give you an intense salicylic acid solution to apply to them several times a day in between trips to his office to have him freeze them again and file more material off.
Basically you need to go to a podiatrist ASAP because you will be crippled when those things get bigger and a doctor will absolutely get rid of them.

Last september I entered a low carb diet and it was the best decision i ever made since i started lifting
when i was in low carb my body changed every day, and with ephedrine + caffeine i managed to lost 4 pounds in a week at the end of the plan

second month reduced carbs plus cardio 4x a week
third and fourth month reduced carbs + ephedrine/caffeine + cardio 6x a week
by the middle of december i was feeling like shit, but my energy was great
I took carbs out of whatever I could
