Not including /r9k/ and /pol/, why is /fit/ the most viciously anti-woman board? You don't see this level of hatred towards women on any other board.
QTDDTOTT: Old thread is autosaging
I'm currently only deadlifting once every few weeks . The question is if I'm squatting twice a week alongside rdls , farmer walks and hyperextensions will my deadlift be steadily improving or should I increase how often I'm deadlifting . I play rugby so deadlifting and squatting is very taxing and I'd rather not deadlift all the time.
Should I be inputting my walking/lifting as "exercise" on myfitnesspal? I'm trying to cut, my activity level in the app is "not very active" but I walk to/from class and go to the gym 3x a week
Hello, I've been working out for a short while now. Just two weeks ago I could do 45 pushups, and I read somewhere that once you could do 30 push ups you should move on to diamond push ups, and I can now do 20 of them but I tried normal push ups after a 3 sets of diamonds (Well rested) and I could only do 16 normal push ups? Is this normal? Also, I find that normal push ups help develop my chest more than diamond push ups. Though the diamond ones definitely work my triceps more.
So what does fit do for money?

I work for a trade show company. I am an office coordinator. I have my own office and I travel. Not bad. Would like to do what you're doing though. I didn't finish my degree though.
Any ideas on how to get below 10% bodyfat natty? Every cut my ab-gains always seem to slow to a crawl around 10-12%.

any milbros ever done Stew Smith's running routine? Or any of his routines in general.
Am working on maxing the Army PFT before talking to a recruiter. Am currently stalling at about a 250. I also do a modified SS with weekly progression. My run times have actually started to decline the past couple weeks, so I think my legs aren't recovering properly. I'm thinking of dropping lifting for a couple months and just focus on running and calisthenics until I can score a 300, then incorporate some weights again.

All you need to get into the army is the ability to lift your own body weight a few times like a couple of pull ups and run a few miles in a good time.
When I joined my hobby was running so I could do 6 - 7 miles in 45 minutes. I could do about five pull ups and weighed about 125lbs.
They dont want some roided up freak who can deadlift 700lbs.
Hello /fit/ i have a question.
i need the best way to get rid of belly lab/muffin top. i have very little but i want to get rid of it fully and have been struggling to defiine my lower abs. aside from doing a thousand crunches a day like i used to (i no longer have the time for that, job and all) what are my best options. i would appreciate the help very much. a picture of me for reference, i am redefining all of my body after down months of building weight. thank you very much. any information including criticism is welcome.
Spot training is a myth. You need to cut weight, and maybe consider Yohimbine HCL (8 dollars at bb.com). If pic is you you are almost there, do some HIIT or cycling workouts for two months at a caloric deficit and you should be happy.
How can i stick to my routine?
i suddenly fell off my training schedule and started to skip days here and there, no longer can find a good time to workout to the point where i force myself to do it before going to sleep just so the day counts.
Is it possible to get Hulk fit without any weights? e.g. push-up, pull-ups, etc.
Do people still things like boxing and judo? Is it worth it to see what's around my area and join a place?
There is nothing in my life that keeps me entertained. I'm looking for something to be passionate about. Everything is so dull and I don't know what I'm doing. I hate my only interests so I'm trying to branch out.
>I hate my only interests
I don't know about judo but boxing is a great sport if you enjoy being pushed to your limits and don't mind massive potential brain damage. If you live near a boxing gym and are interested you may as well check it out.
Judo's good if you can find a club with a lot of active/former competitors. Avoid ones that have juniors and seniors mixed. Also consider wrestling which if you're in the USA should be easy to find.

What do skinny people drink?
I've learned that white people smell of sour milk because of all the dairy we consume, so I've cut back on it. Moving to an Asian country soon and I don't want to be a smelly foreigner.
It got me thinking though, are there other ways to improve your natural body odour?
In for this. I refuse to use deodorant because of the aluminum, and all the natural alternatives just don't work. So far eating more fruit and vegetables and drinking water has helped me. I personally dont find my BO too offensive, but my girlfriend does, so I assume others do too. I just wash my pits before I go anywhere
