Was going for a deadlift max and I think I snapped my shit up.
Moment it happened I knew something was up.
When I walk my right leg and right side of my lowerback has sharp pain. When I sit and try to pick something up their is pain.
Can you bros help me figure out what happened, is this a pinched nerve, muscle/tendon/ligament or a disc issue based off the symptoms I have?

Had the same problem. Was doing heavy deadlifts (form was decent) and my Lower left back cracked and I knew something was wrong. Took 2 weeks off of heavy deads and squats so I could recover and the moment I tried deadlifting I snapped my back again on a light warmup set. It's been 4 weeks since I touched deadlifts again, and although my back feels better I'm not trying it

It can vary greatly. Start with a small weight and keep adding until it tough but doable. DONT GO CRAZY AND ADD TOO MUCH TOO FAST! Seriously take it slow and make it a workout not torture. You dong want to a) injury youself and b) wear yourself out too quick. Take your time and enjoy yourself, set a small goal for each workout, stuff like that. If you want to know more, tell us more about what you are trying to acheive

Assuming you're doing these with just bodyweight and you're a standard skinnyfat grill(like 130lbs 5'5" range) you'll see a small change after a few weeks. Probably a disappointingly small amount.
I cannot stress this enough, there are much better ways to go about achieving whatever goal you have. Even if you're set on not going to the gym put some water jugs in a backpack to do the squats, lunges, step ups, place it your lap to do the bridges. Ideally please go to a gym, read...

Just picked up a bottle of Gentian extract from vitamin world. Supposedly it's the most bitter herb on earth and stimulates secretion of stomach acid and bile, helping digest the FUCK out of all your food.
I've been using it for a few days and I noticed I've been constantly salivating, and can shove down WAYY more food in a meal (helps greatly for bulking). Also sort of makes you feel not as fat (in the stomach area etc) after the meal.

Consider that with the fact that heart disease is the most common thing to die from in first world countries and it makes sense that short people get to be old longer than tall people.
