Fat is my favourite macro and I eat a lot of it. My favourite foods are nuts, meat, olives, eggs, dairy.
I personally don't notice a difference between high or low fat. People say 'fat keeps you full' or 'carbs give you energy'. If I eat 30g or 300+g of carbs I'm usually kinda hungry and have plenty of energy. I just eat lots of fat because it's so damn delicious
What really is the difference between "good" and "bad" fats as far as what foods you should and should not eat? I'm starting on keto and still having some problems figuring stuff out, but I'm kind of stuck just using heavy cream in my coffee and, well, not much else. I need ideas
Eat fatty meat once per day. Use olive oil for low heat cooking, and a good butter/animal fat for high heat. Eat lots of fatty fish, canned sardines make a GOAT snack. Lots of nuts and olives and avocado. 12 eggs/week. Dairy every now and then. This is just how I personally like to eat, I love these foods. I eat a lot of veggies, oats, quinoa and sweet potato too
