I'd do SS or SL only for six weeks, then move on to a real program. Those types of programs for fat guys do more harm than good when it comes to looks. I would recommend start lifting as soon as possible but just keep your diet at a high protein with caloric deficit.

I have been cutting for 4 days and I feel really tired. I have been eating at a 20% deficit using Scooby's calorie calculator. The problem is that my energy levels are very low and I find it hard to consentrate in class. Coffee helps a little, but not enough so I could do everything I have to do in the day. I also find it hard to fall asleep with the hunger which makes it worse. Will this pass? I don't think this is sustainable for me, but if it will pass I could suck it up for a little while.

Pulled my left soleus and kept squatting through it for a week, so going to have to stop squatting for a week or so for it to heal.

Being someone who was born with symmetrical features, not really. I can see how u can make that argument, i've dated insecure girls from all races and a few common surgeries, like nose jobs and eye jobs (asians) came up.
But for me it's literally just about improving the body. Mind > Mental in most cases, but there's a lot of good research on Body > Mind lately.

Anyway how much time do you have to cook? You can whip something up in 10 to 30 minutes, easy.
Step 1: Go into your supermarket
Step 2: Buy two packs of literally every unique frozen vegetable available
Step 3: Eat a minimum of 1000 cals worth of those veggies every day
That always keeps me on track anyway. Healthy as fuck and it especially helps me as an endurance athlete. I can maintain a low BF% all year round.
